I love the food here! Everything I've had on the menu over the last couple years has been excellent, with no changes in quality or flavour. I find the chicken and rice bowls plenty of food with a balance of substance and fresh ingredients. I would say that while the food is great, the service and atmosphere are lacking slightly. Everyone has good days and bad days, but on numerous occasions I will visit and greet the staff and they seem very tired, stand off-ish, or just not really engaged. I've seen this with other customers too. On multiple occasions I have shared what toppings I want on my food and they have served it incorrectly. I've learned my lesson after once getting home and opening my meal to realize a couple things I definitely did not want were on my food despite being quite articulate when ordering. Now I stand diligently and indicate one-by-one what I want and watch the person putting it together so I can note if I see them putting the wrong ingredients. Overall, if you're very observant and ok with getting in and out quickly, still a 5 star takeout experience.
Ohshwarma is amazing! The food is fresh. The team is wonderful and Soma is so helpful and friendly and always treats us like VIPs. The boys and Soma always get outlet orders correct and food is made with love!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at O Shawarma, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned, with tender, juicy meat wrapped in soft, warm pita. The flavors were balanced, with just the right amount of spices, and the toppings (like fresh veggies, pickles, and their house sauce) really brought everything together.
The food was great big portions a bang for your buck if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely come again.
